Foundation (TAF) held a charity enka concert, starring its chairman Dr.Haruhisa Handa
and enka singer Akira Kobayashi at the Shibuya Public Hall, Tokyo.

efforts to eradicate AIDS.
At the beginning of the
concert, Dr.Handa greeted the audience, saying, "I'll emcee tonight to
save on labor costs..."
Dr.Handa sang 14 enka
songs, while changing his costume five times.
Dr.Haruhisa Handa, chairman of the Tokyo Art Foundation,
