The 2nd 'Blazing Autumn People's Concert' (1)

  On Nov.15, Dr.Haruhisa Handa, chairman of the International Foundation for Arts and Culture (IFAC) held a concert in which famous opera singers entertained the audience with a three-hour musical performance at the New National Theatre in Tokyo. The concert was sponsored by the Tokyo Art Foundation (TAF) and co-sponsored by Opera Australia, with a support of Japan's Agency for Cultural affairs.
  The concert was the second one following a free concert in Oct.14, 2014.  
  The performers were: Hiroko Onuki, a Japanese Soprano, John Longmuir, a Scottish tenor, Lorina Gore, an Australian soprano and mezzo-soprano Austrarian Tania Ferris. They sang songs from operas, including "Carmen," "La Traviata," "La Boheme," "Rigoletto" and "Land of Smiles."
  Among others, Gore and Ferris are members of Australia's national opera company, Opera Australia.
