Global Opinion Summit (6)

 Observers, including senior politicians, researchers and other opinion leaders, had their oppotunity to express their opinions.
 House of representative members Kazuhiro Haraguchi, Katsuei Hirasawa and Kenko Matsuki, as well as Pacific Forum CSIS President R.Cosssa and Tokyo Governor Yoichi Masuzoe each had a talk on Japan's development assistance.
 Gov.Masuzoe said, "Training people is the most important aspect of development assistance. We call it human capital."
